围绕党的十八大提出的加强服务型党组织建设的任务,阐述了服务型党组织的理论基础,分析了当前公安边防部队服务型党组织建设存在的问题,从而找到确实可行的实现路径来服务人民群众。

This paper,focusing on the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,proposes to strengthen the construction of the service type party organization task,illustrates the basic theory of service type party organization construction,analyzes the existing border control forces of public security service type party organization's current problems,to find the feasible padi to serve the people.
