摘要
从教育信息化建立的基本要素入手,分析教学信息化创新过程的问题和原因,研究提出加快公安海警学院教学信息化建设,提高教学效益,促进教学质量提升的解决办法。
This paper analyzes basic elements,problems and causes of teaching informationization during technology innovative process and methods to quicken the information construction of teaching,improve teaching efficiency and promote teaching quality.
