摘要
中国海警局重组之后面临着完善海上执法模式、健全海上执法法律体系等方面的问题,借鉴海洋邻国海上执法建设的经验或许是加强中国海警执法力比较可行的路径之一。
After the reorganization,China Coast Guard has to face problems about improving maritime law enforcement mode and perfecting the system of maritime law enforcement and other issues.It is more feasible to drawing on our ocean neighbor's experience of maritime law enforcement construction to strengthen the capability of China Coast Guard on maritime law enforcement.
