On Quality Control of Construction of Wall Thermal Insulation System in the Form of Powder EPS Particles Insulation Slurry

本文结合工程实例,介绍了EPS颗粒保温浆料墙体保温系统的实际应用,介绍了材料制备、施工工艺,分析了该保温系统常见的质量缺陷,并且对EPS外墙保温系统施工的质量控制提出了一些建议。

With engineering examples,this paper introduces the practical application of the wall thermal insulation system in the form of powder EPS particles insulation slurry as well as the material preparation and the construction technology.It analyzes the common quality defects of the thermal insulation system and also puts forward some suggestions on the quality control in the construction of EPS external wall insulation system.This research will promote the use of EPS exterior insulation system in China,and provide certain references for the future construction quality control.As a result the construction quality will be greatly improved.
