公安海警学院是公安部直属的一所现役制警察院校,公安学应该成为海院重点发展的特色学科。师资队伍建设是学科建设的核心,海上警务学可以发展为公安学中具有海警特色的二级学科。

Public Security Study should become our focus on the development of characteristic specialized discipline,and the construction of the teachers' team is the core of discipline construction.Maritime Police Study should become a secondary discipline with coastguard characteristics in Public Security Study.
