摘要
当前武警边防部队工程建设经费管理中存在财务部门职责不清、经费管理不严、会计核算不规范和人员素质不高等问题,应通过明确财务部门的管理职责、加强工程建设资金管理、规范会计核算、提高人员素质等措施,不断提高部队工程建设经费的管理水平。
In the current armed police border troops construction funds management, lax financial departments responsibility is not clear, funds management, accounting irregularities and personnel quality is not high. We should, through the clear management responsibilities of the finance department,strengthen the construction of project funds management, standardize the accounting, improve personnel quality and the management level of army construction funds.
