从海警的军事体能训练要求入手,具体分析了影响公安海警学院军事体能教学训练的主要因素,查找问题存在的原因,并对学员军事体能训练的发展,提出了五点建议。

Based on the Coast Guard military physical training requirements, this article analyzes the main factors affecting our military physical teaching training, finding out the reasons for the existing problems, and puts forward five suggestions on the development of military physical training of our students.
