浅谈我国社区警务战略的完善——以日本交番制度为借鉴

On Perfection of Community Policing Strategy in China:Taking Japanese Koban System for Reference

日本良好的社会治安秩序有赖于其运行一百多年的交番制度。借鉴日本交番制度的成熟经验,或可解决我国当前社区警务运行过程中出现的理论研究滞后、警力不足、社区民警素质不高等问题。

Japan's good social order depends on the koban system. After more than 100 years of development, Japan has formed a set of mature koban system and mechanism. Advice from others may help one overcome his shortcomings, and what we can learn from the mature experience of Japanese koban system will help us solve the problems such as lag of theoretical study, shortage of police force and low quality of the community police.
