Under new situations and circumstances, the post evaluation of construction project is a project management theory and method. It is also an important way to regulate the Border Control Force project construction procedure and improve the project investment benefit. The paper analyzes characteristics and significance of the post project evaluation for the Border Control barracks project,and provides some suggestions for the post evaluation.
