介观电路量子效应研究

The research on quantum effects of mesoscopic circuit

摘要 论述了介观理论及介观电路中量子效应的研究进展,分析了介观电路系统量子化的手段及在量子化过程中所面临的问题,根据量子效应的发展趋势对其应用和发展前景进行了预测。 We first introduce the development status in mesoscopic physics; then the methods for quantization are analyzed,and the present problems of quantization are issued; according to the quantum effects development, the paper predicts the future trends of its application and development finally.
