On Unified Training and Selection Mode for China Coast Guard Vessel Personnel

整合后的海警在维权执法和平时训练管理等方面正在不断地磨合与提高,但在磨合的过程中也反映出一些实际的问题,尤其是船艇人员的训练和培养方式上尚存在着内容各异、标准不同、人才培养途径不一致等诸多问题。本文试图通过对警地两方面船艇训练方法和人才培养模式的比较,探讨一种适合目前中国海警船艇统一训练和人才选拔的模式。

Two years after the formation of the China Coast Guard, the situations of law enforcement and routine training have greatly changed. This paper attempts to compare two training models to explore a suitable mode for the current China Coast Guard vessels' unified training and personnel selecting.
