On Handling Several Relations in Promoting Benign Operation of the Standard of Good Army Cadre

军队好干部标准在军队干部管理中具有十分重要的作用,它是衡量干部素质高低优劣的准则和尺度。按什么样的标准选拔和使用干部,既是一个重要的理论问题,又是实践问题。本文从理论上对干部标准在运作中应正确处理的关系进行初步探讨,力求为选好干部、实现强军目标提供理论依据。

The standard of Good Army Cadre plays an important role in army cadre management. It is the standard and benchmark to measure the cadre quality. According to what kind of standard to select and use good cadre is an important theoretical and practical issue. This paper tries to give a preliminary theoretical discussion on how to deal some relations on operating the cadre standard, strives to provide the theory basis for selecting good cadre and realizing the object of building a strong army.
