Reflections on Maintaining Security of Ideology in Border Areas through Enhancing Public Security Frontier Culture

公安边防文化具有政治性、群众性、地域性的特点,通过文化的教化功能、规范功能、整合功能和凝聚功能在维护边疆地区意识形态安全上发挥着积极作用。公安边防部队进一步发挥这一作用,需要着重打好文化建设中的意识形态仗,提高公安边防文化自身建设水平,增强公安边防文化的辐射传播能力。

The public security frontier culture has the political, mass and regional characteristic. It can play a positive role on maintaining the security of ideology in border areas through its function of enlightenment, specification, integration and condensing. To further play the role, the public security frontier forces need to lay a good battle about ideology on culture developing, improve the level of public security frontier culture, and enhance the radiation propagation ability of public security frontier culture.
