城市危旧房改造中存在的问题与对策

Problems in Transformation of Dilapidated Houses and Corresponding Countermeasures

危旧房改造在实施过程中仍存在规划不完善、拆迁安置实施不合理、资金使用效率不高、改造手段有限等问题,急需完善相关规章制度、改进工作方法。文章阐述了危旧房改造面临的问题及相应的解决对策,同时提出要扩大改造内涵、注重"软性"改造。

There are many problems in project of transformation of dilapidated houses, such as incomplete urban planning, unreasonable resettlement implementation, poor service efficiency of funds and limited transformation means. We needs to optimize the relevant rules and regulations and improve the method of work. This paper expounds the problems in transformation of dilapidated houses and corresponding countermeasures, and suggests that we should expand the transformation's connotation and pay attention to 'soft modification'. The focus of the reform is to win the hearts and minds of the people.
