大数据时代的到来给边防检查工作带来了机遇与挑战,边检大数据应以提高通关效率、强化口岸管控为出发点和落脚点,优化整合数据资源,实现信息主导警务模式的实现。本文紧密结合出入境边防检查工作实际和需要,深入研究边检大数据领域的工作思路、技术路径、法律法规等,积极探索大数据在边检执法执勤领域的应用,为优化通关和上级决策提供借鉴。

The arrival of the era of Big Data has brought both opportunities and challenges to the frontier inspection work. Big data for the border control should be the starting point and the foothold for the improvement of the efficiency of customs clearance and reinforcement of the port control which aims at the realization of the information leading policing model. This paper closely links to the exit-entry frontier inspection actual work and needs, deeply studies the working thought, technical path, laws and regulations in the area of data big in border control. And meanwhile, it actively explores the applications in the field of border law enforcement aiming at providing reference for optimizing clearance and superior decision.
