我国已经步入高等教育的普及化阶段,随着军事院校教育改革的深化,现役制新建普通本科院校的教学质量问题受到普遍重视。建立成熟、健全的内部教学质量监控体系是保证现役制院校教育质量长远可持续发展的重要前提。现阶段,现役制新建普通本科院校在内部教学质量体系的构建上存在理念不正确、监控机构设置不合理等问题,必须加强理论研究、完善机构与指标体系的设置,同时创新人才培养模式、明晰监控实施主体,通过各种途径保证体系建设的顺利进行。

China has stepped into the popularization stage of higher education. With the deepening reform of military college education, we attach more importance to teaching quality in the new general military undergraduate colleges. Building a mature and integrity teaching quality monitoring system is the important precondition of long-term sustainable development of college education. At present, there are some problems in the construction of teaching quality in the new general military undergraduate colleges. For example, concept is not correct and the monitor problem is unreasonable and so on. So we must strengthen the theory research, perfecting the institutions and the index system, innovation personnel training mode, clear monitoring the implementation of the system. And we must do our best through various channels to ensure that the system run smoothly.
