为了维护我国海洋权益和南海岛礁主权,我国海警力量对南海所属岛礁实施了常态化维权执法巡航,形成编队保持在各岛海域值守,在防范外国渔船侵扰,保护海洋资源上起到了积极作用。但从目前执行任务的情况来看,还存在一些急需解决的问题,执法权限和方式的界定、设备装备的使用维护、后勤保障的组织实施都需要进一步明确和细化,确保海警力量战斗力、保障力的生成和延续。

In order to maintain China's maritime rights and South China Sea islands sovereignty,China Coast Guard has strengthened island normalized law enforcement cruise. It is very efficient to guard against foreign fishing vessels, to protect Marine resources. But judging from the current tasks,there are still some problems needed to solve, for example, the definition of law enforcement authority and the way, the use of equipment and equipment maintenance, organization and implementation of logistics. All these need us to solve in time.
