Reimbursement members at the grass-roots level in border troops play an important role in connecting expenditure with the accounting center. The personal qualities and the working efficiency of the reimbursement members have a direct effect on the accounting at the accounting center.However, in their practical operations, many problems in management occur, so based on these problems, the article attempts to explore a new way for improving and perfecting the management of the reimbursement members.
