Analysis of Fishing Population Management under New Situation——Taking Hainan Border Area as an Example

近年来,公安边防部门在船舶管理工作中探索并积累了一些成功的经验和做法。但受主客观因素的影响,在船舶管理上仍存在一些问题,很大程度上影响了船舶规范化管理工作进程,给公安边防日常管理、维护海上治安秩序等工作带来了一定的压力和困难。本文针对这些现象分析了沿海边防辖区渔船民管理的现状及问题,揭示了存在问题的主要原因,并针对问题提出了相应的措施。

In recent years, the Border Control departments have explored and accumulated some successful experiences. But there are still some problems in the fishing population management,affecting the standardization of the fishing population management, the Border-control daily management and disrupting the maritime security order. This paper presents the situation and problems in the fishing population management, analyzes the main reasons of the problems, and puts forward the beneficial measures.
