随着"雷洋案"的不断发酵、升级,各类负面涉警舆情再次引发社会的广泛关注、讨论和分析。在社会治安形势日益严峻的今天,如何预防并正确应对涉警舆情危机是公安机关亟待解决的问题。这就需要在了解涉警舆情危机现状的情况下,根据涉警舆情危机的产生原因、传播特点和途径以及群众心理状态来制定行之有效的应对方法,从而减少涉警舆情危机的产生,树立警察的良好形象,提高警察执法公信力。

Recently, with the continuous fermentation of Lei Yang case, all kinds of negative public opinion related to the police once again triggered widespread concern in society. As today's situation of social security is becoming increasingly serious, how to prevent and deal with the police public opinion crisis correctly is a problem urgently to be solved for the public security organs and the people's police.This requires us to understand the stage involved under the condition of present situation of public opinion crisis.We should develop an effective way to deal with the crisis involving police public opinion based on the causes of the police crisis of public opinion, the characteristic of the way of communication, and the psychological state of the masses,thus reducing the involved police public opinion crisis, and through continuous effort to establish a good image of the police and to further consolidate the authority of the public security organ.
