根据各地公安机关文化惠警的实践,从狭义上说,我们认为公安文化惠警主要包括学习惠警、艺体惠警、成长(就)惠警、维权惠警、安全惠警、温情惠警、亲情惠警、传承惠警、审美惠警、荣誉惠警等。要全力构建公安文化惠警新工程,必须从转变观念入手,切实提高对公安文化惠警的认识,从体制、机制、设施、宣传、载体、方法、场地、基金、品牌、共同体十个方面来构建。

According to the practice of public security organs,to construct the full benefits of the public security police culture a new project, we believe that we must start from the concept of change,and effectively improve the culture of the public security police, from an institutional mechanism,facilities, advocacy, support, methods, site, funds, brand, ten aspects to the Community Construct.
