Practice and Thinking of Coast Guard Adhoc Specialties Construction

为适应经济社会发展,教育部组织对本科专业目录进行了调整,将本科专业划分为基本专业和特设专业。面对海洋局重组、海上执法力量整合、海警队伍战略转型的新形势和新任务,迫切需要加强海警特设专业建设,培养海警专门人才。本文从背景分析、实践探索和未来发展三个方面,对海警特设专业建设进行了研究与思考。

In order to adapt to the development of economy and society, the Ministry of Education has made an adjustment to the catalogue of undergraduate specialty, which is divided into the basic specialty and the adhoc specialty. Facing the new situation and new task of Oceanic Administration reorganization, maritime law enforcement force integration, coast guard team strategic transformation,there is an urgent need to strengthen coast guard adhoc specialties construction, training of professionals of the coast guard. From the background analysis, exploration and practice and future development of the three aspects, this paper carries out the research and thinking of coast guard adhoc specialties construction.
