当前我国新居民管理存在的问题及其对策研究——以浙江省织里镇为例

Problems and Countermeasure Analysis of New Residents Management——Taking the Case of Zhili Town in Zhejiang as an Example

我国改革开放后迅速发展起来的的新型城镇吸引了大量的新居民,其中务工人员占绝大多数,在促进社会经济发展的同时,也带来了诸多社会管理的难题。通过对织里镇新居民人员构成、年龄结构、受教育程度以及贫富结构等特点的分析,发现新居民管理存在的一些问题,提出完善新居民管理的相关对策和建议,有助于促进新居民管理的进一步发展。

After China's reform and opening up, the rapidly developed new-type towns attract a large number of new residents. Among these new residents, the migrant workers account for the vast majority, which promotes the towns' social and economic development. But at the same time, many social management problems occur. By analyzing the population composition, age structure, schooling and structure of the wealth in Zhili Town, Zhejiang, we find some problems of the new residents management and put forward relevant countermeasures to perfect the management of the new residents.
