海警大型舰船操纵技能研究

On Coast Guard's Large Warship Maneuvering Skills

新列装的海警大型舰船具有吨位大、续航能力强、自持力持久、抗风浪性能优良以及操纵性能差、惯性大等特点。本文针对影响舰船操纵的主要因素,结合大型舰船的主要性能特点,对靠离码头的操纵方法进行全面总结,并结合自身工作实际对海警舰船指挥员如何适应新装备的操纵与应用提出了建议,对舰船指挥员应具备的素质进行探析。

Newly equipped large warships have such features as large tonnage, strong endurance ability, lasting holding force, excellent performance of resisting to wind and waves, poor maneuverability, and large inertia. This paper comprehensively analyzes maneuvering methods of berthing/unberthing according to main influencing factors of warship maneuvering and main performance and features of large warships. This study also provides suggestions for the commander of coast guard warship of how to adapt to new equipment's maneuvering and application based on the author's work practice, and investigates the qualities that the commander of warship should possess.
