本文研究了南海渔业纠纷的现状和当前我方的应对措施,分析了当前我方在预防和处置南海渔业纠纷问题上存在的不足,提出了在新形势下应对南海渔业纠纷的预防措施和处置手段。

This paper researches the current situation of fisheries disputes and our current countermeasures in South China Sea, analyzes the shortcomings on the issue of preventing and disposing fisheries disputes in South China Sea, and puts forward the prevention measures and disposal methods of fisheries disputes in South China Sea under the new situation.
