公安现役部队基层党支部依规治党问题研究

Research on Issues and Countermeasures of Party Management in accordance with Regulations in Grassroots Troops

党的十八届四中全会提出的"依规治党"标志着中国共产党党内法制化步入新阶段,新形势下全面推进从严治党,必须注重依规治党。"依规治党"对公安现役部队管党治党建党提供了依据和保障。本文通过对3个总队级单位的17个公安现役部队基层党支部(包括边防派出所、警卫中队、船艇等)调研,分析了当前基层部队依规治党中存在的现实问题,并对如何解决问题提出了对策建议。
