关于加强新形势下海警“四个统筹”工作的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Strengthening the Work of "Four Co-ordination" of Marine Police in the New Situation

针对当前海警队伍改革整合工作,结合中国海警所肩负的重大职责使命,着眼海警队伍遂行以海上维权执法为中心的各项工作任务,笔者通过调研,分析了当前海警队伍的执勤、训练、教育和保养四项工作存在的凸出问题,并就如何做好新形势下海警"四个统筹"工作提出了解决问题的办法和思路。

In view of the current reform and integration of the maritime police team, the paper analyzes the obvious problems of the current work, training, education and maintenance of the current maritime police team, and puts forward solutions to the problem and how to do the work of 'the four Co-ordination' well in the new situation.
