A Study on the Status Quo of Chart Work Skill in Chinese Coast Guard

航海专业技能是海警航海干部必须掌握的技能,也是履行职责的保证。从当前实际情况看,这方面的训练、要求、养成、观念都存在比较大的问题。本文以正规的海图作业为例,从存在的现象和原因、正确的认识、改进的方法等方面进行研究和探讨,以期航海干部端正认识、提高航海专业技能水平。

The professional skill of navigation is a kind of skill. It must be mastered by the Navigational Cadres in Chinese Coast Guard, as well as a guarantee for them to fulfill their jobs. In terms of status quo, rather serious problems exist in training, requirement, cultivation and concept related to navigational skill. This paper studies and discusses existing problems along with their causes,correct cognition, methods for improvement, etc. in the case of chart work in the hope of helping Navigational Cadres rectify their understandings and improve their professional navigational skill.
