Intentional injury on the fishing boats is one of the most common types of maritime police investigation cases. Maritime police handling intentional injury cases on the fishing boats has accumulated some experience in the investigation and evidence collection, but also faces many difficulties in the investigation and evidence collection. Based on the characteristics of intentional injury cases on the fishing boats, this paper analyzes and studies the dilemma of investigation and evidence collection of intentional injury cases on the fishing boats. This paper puts forward the strategic thinking of the investigation and evidence collection of maritime intentional injury cases in order to provide reference for the maritime police investigation of the cases of intentional injury at sea.
