'Anchoring at a Designated Position' is one of the projects often implemented during the assessment of naval vessels' training of Chinese coast guard. In terms of the status quo,problems still exist in this aspect of naval vessels' traning. This paper studies and discusses the aforementioned topic from procedures including preparation, planning, practicing and implementation to raise relatively complete practical methods for the reference of officers spicializing in navigation.
