The Study on Improving the Ability of Vessel Navigation in Fog for Coast Guard

摘要 近年来海警队伍在人员配备精细化、训勤工作正规化、舰船规模大型化和仪器装备现代化等方面实现了跨越式发展,执勤执法力量不断增强。但一方面随着航海运输业的发展,海上船舶数量急剧增加,海上交通形势愈加严峻;另一方面由于近年下水服役的大型海警舰船机动性较差,在雾航时极易因规避不及时导致事故发生。加强对雾航安全的研究是筑牢舰船安全防线的破题之要,也是应对当前海警队伍建设发展形势的迫切需要。本文结合海警舰船实际,着重探讨分析舰船在能见度不良条件下事故多发诱因及对策,并就新形势下如何强化舰船雾航能力进行初步探讨。 Coast guard team ship personnel equipped with sophisticated in recent years, training ground work regularization scale bigness, ships and equipment modernization to achieve the leap development of the duty to enhance law enforcement power. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the safety of fog and navigation in the present situation,and also to the present situation of the development of the development of the Marine police force.Will be combined with the actual coastguard ships, this paper mainly discusses the analysis of ship under the condition of restricted visibility accident cause and countermeasures, and under the new situation, how to strengthen the ship fog ability carries on the preliminary discussion.
