网络信息资源是指借助计算机与网络通信设备发布、收集、组织、存储、传递、检索和利用的文字、图像、声音、动画等多种形式的信息资源。随着资源不断数字化、网络化,图书馆也利用计算机网络系统给读者提供了大量的信息服务,该文从图书馆网络信息资源的特点、类型、组织方式、检索方法等要素进行实证分析。认为强化网络信息资源的系统危机评估机制,加大运行环境的软硬件防护策略是提升图书馆网络信息资源服务能力的有效举措。

Network information resource refers to delivering, collecting, organizing,storing,transmitting and retrieving the information with the aid of computer and network. At the same time,all kinds of the information will be presented by means of text, image, sound and animation.With the resources' digitization and networking, library begins to provide a lot of information to the readers through the network. The paper carries out an empirical analysis from the characteristics,types, organization and retrieval methods of the library's network resources.It is considered that strengthening the crisis evaluation of the network information and increasing the hardware and software protection of the operating environment are effective measures to improve the service of the network information resources in libraries.
