Research on Psychological Mechanism of Military Ceremony Education in the New Era

摘要 十九大报告指出,要"推进军人荣誉体系建设,培养有灵魂、有本事、有血性、有品德的新时代革命军人,永葆人民军队的性质、宗旨、本色"。在荣誉体系建设进程中,仪式庆典是极为重要的环节。规范仪式教育能够增强军人荣誉感和自豪感,使军人享有更多"专属荣光"。本文以微观视角探求仪式教育更好发挥作用的心理机制,从"认知获取——情感定位——行为固化"三个阶段分析仪式过程,为新时代背景下部队仪式教育的发展和具体仪式活动的开展提供心理研究视角。 The report of the 19th CPC National Congress makes a point of "moving forward with the development of military honors system, training revolutionary officers and soldiers of a new era with faith, ability, courage and integrity, and seeing that our forces forever preserve their nature, purpose and character as the forces of the people". In the process of developing honors system, military ceremonies and celebrations are important links. The standardization of ceremony education can enhance the sense of honor and pride of the officers and soldiers and enable them to enjoy more "exclusive glory". This paper explores from a micro perspective the psychological mechanism of the military ceremony education, analyzes the process of ceremonies from three stages,i.e. cognitive acquisition, emotional positioning, and behavior solidification, and provides a perspective of psychological research for the development of military ceremony education and the implementation of specific ceremonial activities in the new era.
