培养国际一流的海警人才是新时代赋予公安海警学院的历史责任,需要从宏观层面科学谋划。本文主要从办学定位、学科专业设置和海警人才培养举措等三个方面,对公安海警学院的建设发展进行了思考。

To cultivate world level coast guard is the historical responsibility that the new era conferred on China Maritime Police Academy, and it needs scientific plan on macro level. This paper presents some thinking on the construction and development to China Maritime Police Academy from the aspects of academy-running orientation, discipline and specialty design and coast guard cultivating measures.
