社会主义法治教育目标与《思想道德修养与法律基础》教学的现实分析——以四川省内的代表性高校情况为对象

A Reality Analysis of Socialist Rule of Law Education Target and Teaching of Morality and Fundamentals of Law——A Case Study or Typical Universities in Sichuan

本文在厘清社会主义核心价值观教育的公民层面内容、法治观念教育目标在大学生思想政治教育中的应有要求与实然状况;分析"法律基础"课程现状,力图从法学专业角度和大学生思想政治教育的方式方法方面入手分析,为改革主课堂教学寻找将"法治观念"教育与"爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"教育予以贯穿和结合的第二课堂可能性及改良途径。

This papers aims to clarify Core Socialist Values from citizen level, requirements and real natural conditions of ideological and political education of university students' law ruling concept, analyze the present situation of the course Fundamentals of Law, and make an analysis from the aspects of law and methods of college students' ideological and political teaching. It also discusses the possibility and improved ways in reforming main course by combining the rule of law education and "patriotism, dedication, integrity, friendliness" education in the second classroom.
