财务管理工作是部队遂行重大任务,履行使命的重要后勤保障,因此,在新时代,我们以党的十九大精神为指引,不断加强基层部队财务管理工作,探究发展规律和特点,并提出针对性的改革举措,势在必行。
Financial management is an important logistical support for troops to carry out major tasks and fulfill their mission. Therefore, in the new era, in order to carry out the guideline of the19 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, it is imperative for us to continue strengthening the financial management of basic-level troops, exploring the law of development and its characteristics, and putting forward targeted reforming measures.
