习近平强军思想内涵及院校教育的践行路径

On Connotation and Fulfillment of Xi Jinping's Thought of Strengthening the Army

党的十九大确立了习近平强军思想在国防和军队建设中的指导地位。习近平强军思想是在洞察世界力量发生深刻变化的背景下,在我国逐步由大向强和平崛起的现实中,在吸取世界上其他国家军队发展经验的基础上,在面对世界新军事变革的冲击、认清我军肩负的艰巨责任和使命的现实中提出来的。习近平强军思想是涵盖强军目标、政治建军、改革强军、依法治军、军民融合等内容丰富的科学体系。作为军队院校思想政治教育者,学习贯彻践行习近平强军思想,需要强化强军思想政治理论教育、提高教育的实战化水平、增强学员法纪观念和大局意识。

The 19th National Congress of CPC established the guiding position of Xi Jinping's thought on national defense and army building, and Xi Jinping's military thought is presented under the insight into the profound changes of the world power, the reality that our country is gradually becoming stronger peacefully, the lessons drawn from other countries in developing their armies, and the impact of new military changes in the world, recognizing the great responsibility and mission shouldered by our army in reality. Xi Jinping's military thought is a scientific system of rich content covering the goal of strengthening the army, constructing and reforming it politically,managing it lawfully, and military and civilian integration. As an ideological and political educator in military academy, to study and carry out the practice of Xi Jinping military thought, we should strengthen the ideological and political education of the army, improve the education level of combat, and enhance students' concept of discipline and overall awareness.
