海军配合海警维权问题研究

Study on Naval Intervention in Marine Police Law Enforcement

面对日益严峻的海上维权形势,单凭中国海警的力量难以维护好我国的海洋权益,因此需要在某些特定情形下引入其他海上力量予以配合,壮大海上维权力量。在此背景下,通过探究启用海军介入的事件范围、时机选择,分析影响其介入时机的因素,总结其介入行为需要遵守的原则,并通过发现这一过程中存在的法律问题,有针对性地提供相关法律对策。

Facing the increasingly serious law enforcement situation of maritime rights protection,China Coast Guard alone can not protect our maritime rights and interests. Therefore, it is necessary to have another maritime force to cooperate with it in certain situations. In this context, we need to explore the scope and timing of the events that enable the naval intervention.Then we can provide related legal countermeasures through the found problems in the process.
