论新时代条件下高校意识形态管理

On College Ideological Management in the New Era

高校意识形态管理是党的高校意识形态工作的重要内容。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史条件下,高校意识形态管理工作面临诸多机遇:全社会思想舆论氛围呈现出向好态势,大学生思想政治素养普遍提高,互联网新媒体的迅速发展给意识形态管理工作带来了巨大机遇。同时,西方意识形态持续渗透、管理理念落后、教育方法创新不足、教育合力不够等因素也给当前高校意识形态管理工作带来很大挑战。当前,高校应从创新管理理念、加强对多元意识形态的管控与引导、强化对各类阵地的管理、完善队伍建设四方面着手推动意识形态管理工作。

The college ideological management is an important part of the Party's ideological work in colleges. Under the historical conditions of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the college ideological management is faced with many opportunities. The atmosphere of public opinion in the whole society is showing a good trend; the ideological and political literacy of college students has been generally improved; the rapid development of the Internet has brought great opportunities to ideological management. At the same time, the continuous penetration of Western ideology, the backward management concept, the lack of educational methods and the lack of educational resultant also bring great challenges to the college ideological management. At present, colleges should promote ideological management from four aspects: innovating management concept, strengthening the management and guidance of multiple ideology, strengthening management of various positions and improving team construction.
