提高警务实战技能教学质量的对策研究——以公安海警学院为例

A Research on How to Improve Teaching Quality of Police Actual Combat Skills——A Case Study of China Maritime Police Academy

通过对警务实战技能教学训练研究的现状和公安海警学院警务实战技能相关课程实施情况的分析,总结当前学界在警务实战技能研究上存在的空白和公安海警学院教学上的不足,在结合海警队伍实际任务需求的基础上,提出强化警务实战意识,加大警务建设投入力度,加强区域合作和国际交流,办学思维进一步开放,完善警务教学项目并突出海警特色等对策措施。

Based on the analysis of the current research status of the training of police actual combat skills and the implementation of the related courses in China Maritime Police Academy, this paper summarizes the blank space and deficiency of its application in China Maritime Police Academy. Combining with the actual task requirements of the coast guard, this paper also proposes some measures and suggestions on how to enhance the consciousness of the police actual combat and input of the police construction as well as the regional cooperation and international exchange,further enlargement of the academy vision, perfection of the teaching subjects and how to highlight the coast guard characteristics.
