我国的侦查讯问程序目前面临着非法审讯现象仍未遏制、录音录像制度存在缺陷、侦查权利监督不足等问题,在借鉴域外有关规定,并结合我国国情基础之上,应当通过禁止非人道的讯问方式、扩大同步录音录像制度的适用范围、加强驻所检察官的侦查介入等措施予以完善。

The investigation and interrogation procedures in China are currently facing problems such as illegal interrogations that have not yet been contained, defects in the audio and video recording system, and inadequate supervision of investigation rights. We should adopt the prohibition of inhumane interrogation on the basis of referring to extraterritorial relevant regulations and combining national conditions in China, expand the scope of application of the simultaneous recording and recording system, and strengthen the investigation and intervention of resident prosecutors.
