浅谈无人艇在海警执勤执法中的应用

无人艇凭借其独特的结构特点以及应用场合,已经成为国内外研究及应用的热点。而我国无人艇的研究正在处于初步发展阶段,与国外军事强国的研究水平仍有很大差距。为了对无人艇有进一步的认识和了解,本文提出无人艇在海警执勤执法的应用,本文通过对无人艇系统性能的分析,阐述了无人艇在海警应用的必要性和可行性,并对无人艇系统进行了初步设想。通过研究和分析得出,作为加强海上巡逻执法执勤力量的最有效、最直接的途径,无人艇在海警执法执勤中的使用具有较强可行性,一旦装备在提高巡逻执法效率的同时也为执法人员的安全提供了保障。

Because of its unique structural characteristics and applications, the unmanned craft has become a hot topic in research and application at home and abroad. However, the research on the unmanned craft in China is at the initial stage of development, and there is still a big gap between the research level and the foreign military power. In order to have a better understanding of the unmanned craft, this paper proposes the application of the unmanned boat in the enforcement of the maritime police's duty. Through the analysis of the system performance of unmanned yacht,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the application of unmanned yacht for marine police, and gives a tentative plan for the unmanned yacht system. Through the study and analysis,it is concluded that as the most effective and direct way to strengthen the force of maritime patrol law enforcement, the use of unmanned yacht in maritime police enforcement is very feasible. Once the equipment is improved, the security of the law enforcement personnel is also provided.
