影响官兵职业荣誉感因素分析及应对策略

Analysis of Factors Affecting Sense of Professional Honor for Officers and Soldiers and Countermeasures

根据学院政治工作课题调研通知要求,课题组围绕"影响官兵职业荣誉感因素分析及应对策略"这一研究主题,在部分公安现役部队及院校进行了问卷调查、座谈、访谈。调研中总计发放问卷800份,收回有效问卷783份,座谈3次,访谈1次。基于对前期调研材料的综合分析,课题组对官兵职业荣誉感的现实意义、影响因素及其提升路径进行了比较深入的思考总结。

According to the notice requirements of the political work investigation, our topic group focused on the subject of "factors influencing the professional honor sense of officers and soldiers with strategy", and carried out a questionnaire survey, discussion and interview in some public security active forces and military academies of public security active service. This investigation group sent out 800 questionnaire sheets, with 783 returned, and held three discussions and one interview. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the previous research materials, our task group makes a more in-depth reflection on the practical significance of the sense of honor for the officers and soldiers, the influencing factors and the way to improve them.
