以岗位适任能力需求为牵引的课程体系构建--以航海技术专业(海警舰艇航海指挥)为例

Construction of Curriculum System Guided by Job Competency Requirements——A Case Study of Maritime Technology(Marine Police Command)

课程体系是军队院校人才培养模式的主要表现形式,课程体系的构建是院校办学特色的基础。基于国家海洋强国战略实施对海警人才培养的要求,通过对海警部队任职岗位的能力需求分析,在明确本科专业培养目标的基础上,研究建设本科专业培养目标应达到的能力标准体系,提出了将能力标准转换为课程体系的构建思路,保证课程紧贴海警部队专业岗位实战要求,提升面向海警部队的人才培养质量。

The curriculum system is the main form of personnel training mode in military academies, and the construction of curriculum system is the basis for running schools. Based on the requirements of the national marine power strategy for the training of marine police personnel, the analysis of the capacity demand of the posts in the marine police forces, on the basis of defining the training objectives of the undergraduate specialty, this paper studies the standard system for the ability to achieve the goal of building the undergraduate specialty, and puts forward the course of converting the standard of ability into a specific course. The construction of the system ensures that the curriculum system is closely related to the actual combat requirements of the marine police professional post, and improves the quality of personnel training for the marine police force.
