公务差旅活动是军队经常发生的业务,差旅费也是一项开支频率大、伸缩性很强的消耗性经费。本文通过研究我国差旅管理应用现状及美国政府应用差旅管理的经验,分析如何引入TMC(差旅管理公司)模式来提高军队差旅管理效率并降低差旅消耗。

Official travel is the regular service in the army. Travel expenses is a high frequency and highly scalable consumption expenses. This paper intends to analyze how to improve the efficiency and reduce travel expenses in the army based on TMC(Travel Management Company), through researching the actuality of travel management market and the experience in the application of travel management in the United States government.
