基于PDCA循环管理的武警院校教学质量保障探讨

On Teaching Quality Assurance for Armed Police Colleges Based on PDCA Cycle Management

教学质量保障对于增强院校人才质量意识和提升教学工作质量等具有积极作用。本文立足PDCA循环管理的内涵及特点,分析武警院校当前教学质量保障现状及存在问题,结合PDCA循环管理在武警院校教学质量保障中的作用,提出了提升武警院校教学质量保障的若干对策与建议,具体包括突出强军战略目标、明确重点保障内容、构建科学运行体系、彰显特色管理方法、发挥全员参与作用等,以供实际工作参考。

Teaching quality guarantee plays a positive role in enhancing teaching quality. This paper, based on the characteristics of PDCA cycle management, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of teaching quality assurance in armed police academies, and puts forward some suggest for improving teaching quality assurance, such as stressing the strategic objectives, defining the key guarantee contents, constructing the scientific operation system, focusing on the characteristic management methods, and making the staff fully involved.
