In deepening the process of national defense and army reform, the implementation of budget performance management by China Coast Guard is not only a requirement for the state to deepen the reform of the budget management system, but also a requirement for the development of China Coast Guard units themselves. To advance the management of the budget performance of China Coast Guard, efforts should be made to strengthen the concept of budget performance,standardize the budget performance management process, establish a scientific evaluation system for the performance of expenditures, and improve relevant supporting mechanisms.
