无论对于海警部队履行任务使命还是海警学院的建设和发展,处于交叉学科边缘地带的"海警学"学科的创建都是必要的。同时,作为一个研究领域,"海警学"在国内外已有较为充分的理论基础和实践经历,因而其创建又是可行的。以海警学院为视角,参考学科成熟标准,"海警学"学科的"孵化"应从多方面入手并加快运作。

It is necessary to establish the discipline of Coast Guard Theory(CGT) which is at the area of the interdiscipline, whether it is for the Coast Guard to carry out the task or the construction and development of the China Coast Guard Academy(CCGA).At the same time, as a research field, the theory and practice of CGT have been well established at home and abroad, so its establishment is feasible.From the point of view of the CCGA and referring to the mature standards of the discipline, the incubation of the discipline of CGT should be carried out from many aspects and accelerate its operation.
