总体国家安全观视域下完善国家安全法律体系刍议

Perfecting Legal System of National Security from Perspective of General National Security View

当前,在我国国家安全领域建设取得长足发展,国家安全全面加强的同时,依旧存在许多问题亟待解决。从法治建设的角度,应更好地将国家安全工作实践纳入法治轨道,在总体国家安全观的视域下进一步构建和完善国家安全法律体系。

At present,while China's national security construction has made considerable progress and national security has been strengthened in an all-round way,there are still many problems need to be solved urgently.From the perspective of the construction of the rule of law,the practice of national security should be better brought into the orbit of the rule of law,and the law system of national security should be further constructed and improved from the perspective of General National Security View.
