党的十九大庄严宣告中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,标志着我军建设发展也进入了新时代。重构重塑后的人民军队,对高素质新型军事人才的需求,比以往任何时候都更加强烈。新时代国际环境、社会条件、军队建设的发展变化,对院校思想政治教育提出了新的要求。对此,应当分析新形势下军校思政课教学迎来的新变化,把握增强军校思政课教学实效的重要意义,从而探索出新时代增强军校思政课教学实效的实践路径。

The 19th CPC national congress solemnly declared that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,marking that China’s military construction and development have also entered a new era.The people’s army,which has been reconstructed and remolded,has a stronger demand for new well-qualified military talents than ever before.In the new era,the development and change of international environment,social conditions and military construction put forward new requirements for the ideological and political education of military schools.This paper aims to analyze the new changes of ideological-political theory teaching in military academies under the new situation,analyze the significance of enhancing the practical effect of ideological and political course teaching in military academies,and explore the practical ways to enhance the effect of ideological-political theory teaching in military academies in the new era.
